Shipping
1. What are the delivery times for orders?
Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping service used.
Italy: generally 2–3 business days.
Europe: generally 3–5 business days.
Non-EU destinations: delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping service. Customs procedures or inspections may result in additional delays.
Orders are normally processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Processing and delivery times may be longer during public holidays, periods of high order volume or exceptional circumstances.
All delivery times are estimates and do not include delays caused by customs procedures or circumstances beyond Levantesi’s control.
2. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and, where available, a link to track your shipment.
If you do not receive the email, please also check your Spam or Junk folder. You can also check your shipment status through the “Track Your Order” page or contact our customer support team.
3. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. Online orders are available for countries enabled at checkout. For other international destinations, you can contact us by email to check availability, shipping costs and ordering options.
For certain non-EU destinations, orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. In these cases, any customs duties, import taxes, import VAT/GST, customs clearance fees or brokerage charges are not included in the amount paid on our website and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Any exceptions or different conditions will be clearly indicated during checkout.
4. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or is not delivered?
If your parcel shows visible signs of damage, tampering, crushing or other irregularities upon delivery, we recommend accepting it with a specific reservation, where possible, and taking photographs of both the packaging and its contents immediately.
Please contact us as soon as possible, providing your order number and photographs of the parcel and any damaged products. We will investigate the issue and assist you accordingly.
If the tracking information shows that the parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with family members, neighbours, your building reception or any delivery location indicated by the carrier. If you are still unable to locate the parcel, contact us and we will carry out the necessary checks.
5. Can I change the shipping address after placing the order?
If your order has not yet been prepared or handed over to the carrier, we will do our best to update the shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and the complete new address.
Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, changing the delivery address may no longer be possible or may be subject to the carrier’s conditions.
Return and/or Exchange
1. How can I exercise my right of withdrawal?
Where provided for by law, consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide a reason.
You can notify us of your withdrawal by email at info@levantesi.store, by using the model withdrawal form available in our Terms and Conditions, or through the online function “Withdraw from the contract here”
After communicating your withdrawal, the products must be returned in accordance with the procedures and time limits set out in our Terms and Conditions
The consumer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling or use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
2. Do I have to pay the return shipping costs?
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the products is normally borne by the consumer, as stated in our Terms and Conditions
For a voluntary size exchange, unless otherwise stated or included in a promotion, both the cost of returning the product and the cost of shipping the replacement item are borne by the Customer.
Different rules apply to products affected by a lack of conformity covered by the legal guarantee, for which the remedies provided by law apply.
3. How long does it take to receive a refund after withdrawal?
Where the right of withdrawal has been validly exercised, the refund will be made within the time limits provided by law.
Unless Levantesi S.r.l. has offered to collect the goods itself, the refund may be withheld until the returned products have been received or until the consumer provides evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Once the product has been received, the necessary checks will also be carried out to assess its condition and any diminished value.
4. What should I do if I think a product has a lack of conformity?
Contact us at info@levantesi.store providing your order number, a description of the issue and, where useful, photographs of the product.
Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity. For new goods, the seller is responsible for any original lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery.
Where a lack of conformity covered by the legal guarantee exists, the remedies provided by law apply, including, where applicable, repair or replacement and, where the relevant conditions are met, a price reduction or termination of the contract.
Normal wear and tear or deterioration resulting from use does not automatically constitute a lack of conformity.
Purchase with VAT
1. Can I enter my VAT number for purchases?
B2B orders with a VAT number are currently handled directly by our team and cannot be placed through the standard website checkout. Please contact us at info@levantesi.store specifying the products required and your billing details.
2. Do you provide invoice for VAT-registered purchases?
Yes. For B2B orders handled directly by our team, the relevant tax documentation will be issued using the information provided by the customer.
Methods of Payment
1. Are the available payment methods secure?
Yes. Payments on our website are processed through secure payment providers, including Stripe and WooPayments.
Depending on your device, country and service availability, payment methods such as credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay may be available during checkout.
The payment methods actually available for your order are always shown before the order is confirmed.
2. Can I pay cash on delivery?
No, cash on delivery payment is not currently available. We encourage you to choose one of our secure payment methods.
Size Guide
1. How do I choose the right size for the products?
Please refer to the size guide available on each product page and to our Size Charts page, where you will find instructions, demonstration videos and the relevant measurement charts. Carefully measure your hands or feet according to the instructions provided for the specific product. If you are unsure about the correct size, contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to assist you.
2. Can I exchange a product if I selected the wrong size?
Yes. You can contact us to check whether a voluntary size exchange is possible, subject to availability of the requested product.
For a voluntary size exchange, the product must be returned intact, unused, unworn, undamaged and in a condition that allows it to be resold as new.
For gymnastics grips, a size exchange is not available if they have been used during training, exercises or trials on gymnastics apparatus. Even a single use on an apparatus may permanently alter the leather, shape, tension or finger holes.
We therefore recommend checking the size carefully with clean, dry hands, without gymnastics chalk and without using the grips on an apparatus.
The voluntary size exchange service is separate from the statutory right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity.
Product Care
1. How can I keep my paracals in good condition?
– Wipe down the ball guards with a dry cloth after each use.
– Avoid exposing them to the sun or humidity.
– Store them in a dry, well-ventilated place.
2. Can I machine-wash products such as gymnastics grips or gymnastics shoes?
No. Gymnastics grips and shoes must not be machine-washed. Use a slightly damp cloth to clean them and allow them to air dry naturally.
If you need to remove a build-up of dry chalk from the grips, it may be gently removed using suitable fine sandpaper, taking care not to apply excessive pressure as this could damage the leather.
3. How should I care for my wristbands?
– Wash them by hand with a cloth dampened with cold water and mild soap.
– Do not use fabric softeners.
– Air dry them, avoiding direct exposure to the sun.
4. What should I avoid in order to preserve my products?
– Do not force materials.
– Do not use the items outside the relevant artistic gymnastics equipment.
– Avoid folding articles improperly.
– Do not use harsh detergents.
