Shipping
1. What is the delivery time for orders?
Delivery times depend on the destination:
– Italy: 2-3 business days.
– Europe: 3-5 business days.
– Rest of the world: 5-7 business days (except in extraordinary cases and/or force majeure).
Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. During holiday periods, times may be slightly longer.
2. Is it possible to track the shipment of my order?
Yes, once the package is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track the status of the delivery. If you do not receive it check the “Undelivered/Spam” inbox, if not you can check the status of your shipment here o by contacting us.
3. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Times and costs vary depending on the destination. You can view the details during checkout.
By making a purchase through our site, shipping, at the moment, is only possible in Europe. But by contacting us, shipping to your country can be arranged.
4. What happens if my order arrives damaged or lost?
If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately by sending a photo of the package (with your order receipt) and the damaged products. We will take care of the problem as soon as possible.
If the package turns out to be missing or undelivered, try to check if it was left with a neighbor, trusted person, concierge (if the case) or even in the mailbox if it was an envelope-package. If not, you can contact us and we will take care of the problem as soon as possible.
5. Can I change the shipping address after placing the order?
Yes, you can change it within a few hours of ordering by contacting our customer service department. Once the order has been shipped, you will no longer be able to change it.
Return and/or Exchange
1. How can I make a return?
To request a return:
– Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
– We will send you instructions for returning the product.
Items must be returned unused, in like-new condition and in the original packaging. You can read more on the Terms and Conditions of our website.
2. Do I have to pay for the return?
Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise noted for specific promotions. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service to ensure the security of your return.
3. How long does it take to receive the refund?
After we receive your return and verify the condition of the items, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
4. Can I change a defective product?
Yes, if the product is defective, please contact us with a description of the problem and photos of the item. We will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
Purchase with VAT
1. Can I enter my VAT number for purchases?
It is currently not possible to make purchases on our site by entering a VAT number. If you need to place B2B (Business2Business) orders please contact us by email info@levantesi.store
However you can also make purchases as a private customer without a VAT number.
2. Do you provide invoice for VAT-registered purchases?
Yes, we issue an invoice that will be sent to you by email. Please check the data entered to avoid errors in the issuance.
Methods of Payment
1. Are the payment methods secure?
Yes, we use certified payment platforms. Data is protected through advanced encryption protocols. We accept:
– Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
– Apple Pay and Google Pay.

2. Can I pay cash on delivery?
No, cash on delivery payment is not currently available. We encourage you to choose one of our secure payment methods.
Size Guide
1. How do I choose the right size for the products?
Refer to the size guide on each product sheet. Measure feet, hands carefully by following the instructions (refer to the Size Chart with explanatory/demonstrative videos on how to take measurements and their correspondence charts). If in doubt, our customer service team is available to help you.
2. Can I return a product if the size is wrong?
Yes, you can make a return and order a new size. Remember that returned items must be in like-new condition (with no damage that would prevent normal sale). Both the shipping for the return and the shipping for the new changed item are the responsibility of the customer.
Product Maintenance
1. How can I keep my grips in good condition?
– Wipe down the grips with a dry cloth after each use.
– Avoid exposing them to the sun or humidity.
– Store them in a dry, well-ventilated place.
2. Can I machine wash items such as grips or gymnastic shoes?
Absolutely not, the gymnastic shoes or grips should not be machine washed. Use a damp cloth to clean them and let them air dry.
If you want to remove the dry magnesia layer, use a piece of sandpaper (without applying too much force, otherwise you might ruin the skin) to remove it.
3. How to take care of wrist-support?
– Wash them by hand with a cloth dampened with cold water and mild soap.
– Do not use fabric softeners.
– Air dry them, avoiding direct exposure to the sun.
4. What to avoid to preserve products?
– Do not force materials.
– Do not use the items outside the relevant artistic gymnastics equipment.
– Avoid folding articles improperly.
– Do not use harsh detergents.
Account Data
1. How is the personal data in my account processed?
Personal data provided during registration and purchase is processed in accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) regulations and used only to process your orders, manage your account, and improve your experience on our site. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.
